100X remote control float valve how to commission

2022-06-28

100X remote control float valve is a kind of water conservancy control valve. Mainly used to control the pool level.

What is a water control valve?

Water conservancy control valves are mainly used in water supply systems such as production, living, and fire-fighting where the working medium is clear water. Control valves with different functions can be formed through the main valve and various pilot valves, conduits and components.

100X remote control float valve consists of main valve and small float valve. As a pilot valve, the small float valve is installed in the water tank or pool, and the installation position is determined according to the liquid level that needs to be controlled. There are also needle and ball valves on the catheter.

The main valve consists of valve body and valve cover. Diaphragm, valve core, valve seat, valve stem, spring and other parts.

The main valve is divided into two upper and lower chambers with a diaphragm. The on-off control of the main valve is realized by its pressure difference.

working principle:

First, open the needle valve and ball valve on the catheter, and slowly open the shut-off valve before the main valve. The medium in the conduit enters the pool through the needle valve, the upper chamber pressure chamber, the ball valve, and the small floating ball valve. The outlet of the pressure chamber of the upper chamber of the diaphragm is not closed, and effective pressure cannot be formed. The main valve core is opened under the action of medium pressure and begins to supply water to the pool.

As the liquid level in the pool rises, the small float valve is closed, the outlet of the pressure chamber of the upper diaphragm chamber is closed, and the pressure in the upper diaphragm chamber gradually increases. The main valve is gradually closed, and the main valve stops water supply.

When the water in the pool is consumed, the liquid level drops, the small floating ball valve opens to drain, the pressure in the upper chamber of the diaphragm gradually decreases, and the main valve core opens the water supply under the action of the medium pressure.

Summary: The small float valve opens when the float is lower than the liquid level, and the main valve opens accordingly to start water supply. The small float valve closes when it reaches the liquid level. The main valve is also closed, stopping the water supply. so cycle.

Precautions:

1. The needle valve on the catheter can adjust the closing time of the main valve. By closing the small needle valve clockwise, the closing time of the main spool can be prolonged, which has a slow closing effect and reduces the phenomenon of water hammer. When the needle valve opening is increased counterclockwise, the closing time of the main valve becomes faster.

2. The ball valve on the conduit acts as an emergency shut-off main valve. When the small floating ball valve fails and cannot be closed, the ball valve can be closed manually, so that the outlet of the upper valve cavity is closed, the pressure rises, and the main valve is closed.

3. A filter should be installed in front of the main valve to prevent impurities from clogging the conduit and needle valve, and impurities will also cause the main valve core to not close tightly, causing the water level in the pool to be too high, resulting in overflow.

4. When the water in the pool overflows, check whether the small floating ball can be closed. If it cannot be closed, the main valve will keep supplying water, resulting in overflow. You can close the ball valve and see if the main valve can be closed to determine whether the main valve is faulty and repair it in time.

5. The wearing parts of the main valve are the diaphragm and the valve core sealing ring. A damaged diaphragm can cause the main valve to fail to open or close. Damage to the valve core sealing ring will cause the main valve to not close tightly, and the liquid level will exceed the standard, causing overflow.
