Features of soft sealing gate valve

Traditional gate valves often sludge in the groove at the bottom of the valve due to foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps, sundries, etc., after the pipe is flushed with water, which can easily cause water leakage. The bottom of the soft-seal gate valve adopts the same flat-bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris siltation and makes the fluid unobstructed.

2 Overall encapsulation

The valve adopts high-quality rubber for integral inner and outer rubber. The domestic first-class rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve to ensure accurate geometric dimensions, and the rubber and ductile iron valve are firmly connected, not easy to fall off and have good elastic memory.

3 Corrosion resistance

The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body. It can also be used in sewage systems. Not easy to break. In the past, traditional cast iron gate valves often broke due to foreign objects hitting, colliding or overlapping. Due to the use of ductile cast iron for the body, this situation has been greatly reduced.

4 Three "O" type

Because the valve stem adopts three "O" ring seal ring design. It can reduce the frictional resistance when switching, greatly reduce water leakage and can replace the sealing ring without stopping the water.

5 Helps to drink

Since the inside of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, the inner and outer surfaces of the gate valve are completely covered with rubber to prevent rusty water or corrosion, which can be used for raw drinking.

6 Precision casting valve body

The valve body is made of precision casting, and the precise geometric dimensions make the north part of the valve body without any finishing to ensure the sealing of the valve.

7 Light weight

The body is made of spheroidal graphite casting, and the weight is about 20 to 30% lighter than that of the traditional gate valve, which is convenient for maintenance.
