Operation of electric actuator and selection method

According to the production process control requirements determine the control method of the electric actuator:

 

1. Switch type: generally complete the valve switch operation, the valve is either in full open position, or in full closed position, the valve does not need to accurately control the medium flow;

 

2. Adjustability: the adjustability type electric actuator not only has the function of switch type integrated structure, but also can accurately control the valve and adjust the medium flow.

 

Select the electric actuator according to the valve type:

 

Electric actuator output shaft rotation is less than a week, that is, less than 360 degrees, generally 90 degrees to complete the process of valve opening and closing control. This kind of electric actuator can be divided into direct connection type and base crank type according to the different methods of equipment interface.

 

Direct connection: refers to the electric actuator output shaft and valve stem directly connected to the equipment.

 

Base crank: means by which the output shaft is connected to the stem through the crank.
