What is a ceramic valve?
In some complex, harsh and even extreme working conditions, traditional metal valves have been unable to break through the limits of their materials and cannot meet the design requirements of special working conditions. Therefore, it is an inevitable choice to introduce new ceramic materials into the traditional valve industry .
New ceramics, also known as advanced ceramics, fine ceramics, etc., include structural ( or engineering) ceramics and functional ceramics, which have different special properties and functions due to different chemical components and crystal structures.
Compared with metal materials, ceramics not only have excellent heat resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, but also have excellent physical properties as high temperature structural materials.
