Installation method of detachable joint

1.The detachable double-flange power transmission joint is strictly prohibited to exceed the displacement limit during installation.
2. The installation bolts should be symmetrical and tightened gradually to prevent local leakage.
3. When the rubber soft connection is installed on a flat ground, suspended in the air, or vertically, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the detachable double-flange power transmission joint should be less than the supporting force of the pipeline, otherwise an anti-pull-off device should be installed to prevent the working pressure from pulling off .
4. The detachable double-flange power transmission joint should be far away from the heat source, ozone area, and strong radiation light is strictly prohibited. Exposure to the sun and use of media that do not meet the requirements of this product.
5. When the detachable double-flange power transmission joint is transported, loaded, unloaded, and installed, it is strictly forbidden to scratch the surface sealing surface with sharp instruments.
